Making Changes

The Making Changes Structured Treatment Program is available at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Middleton.

Making Changes is a 3-week residential structured treatment program for individuals who have decided to make changes to their substance use or gambling problems and who need more structure to succeed. Education and opportunities for personal reflection and recovery planning are offered, in a professionally-facilitated group setting.

This program is intended for those individuals who have successfully completed a withdrawal treatment process and are committed to follow-up treatment with an addictions professional. A referral from an addictions professional is required in order to take part in this program.

To find out if the Making Changes program is right for you, please call (902) 825-6828.
