Addiction Education Programs are offered throughout the year at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Middleton.

The aim of this program is to increase the knowledge of addiction recovery and to support personal treatment plans. This program may be offered on an in-patient, day-patient, or out-patient basis, depending on the scope of the program (accommodation is available).
