PLEASE NOTE: Submissions for the strategic plan are now closed (as of April 15th, 2013). We are developing a strategy to continously collect information from the public. You may still respond to the following options and these will be used at a later date. Please visit this site in late June to see a draft of the analysis from the stories and choicebook responses that will be used in developing our next strategic plan. We thank you for your interest in helping us create healthy communities together.

 

Annapolis Valley Health is on a journey and we’re asking you to join us.

We are working on our third strategic plan. Our goal is to continue to plan and deliver health services that best meet the needs of our residents, while also being responsible with our resources. It’s a big challenge, and we cannot do this work alone – it takes an entire community to make the big changes that are needed to be healthy and stay healthy.

We want to hear about what’s important to you. There are hard choices we have to make and we are asking for your help, because they affect us all.

This is an opportunity for you to get involved and help guide us over the next three years. Take a look at this website and find ways that are meaningful for you to be involved.
