A new Collaborative Emergency Centre is set to open at the Annapolis Community Health
Centre, part of the provinces Better Care Sooner Plan. The centre will enhance access to
primary health care services while still providing 24 hour access to emergency health care.
Join us for a community conversation about your new Collaborative Emergency Centre.
